Crucible Leadership Program

As organizations, it is extremely critical to identify, mentor and ready managers to take on leadership roles.

The Crucible Workshop is a catalyst for potential leaders to take the step forward towards their evolution and to prepare themselves to levels they have yet to experience.

It prepares potential leaders in the following areas :

• Enables the release of the Leader in a Manager
• Make the transition from managing Domain Knowledge to managing People across departmental borders
• Dramatically improve their interactions and relatedness to others
• Provides tools to de-stress
• Equips them with new learnings and skills to improve creativity and establish an environment of Innovation in the workplace.
• Helps to set exciting Goals for self, family, workplace and then monitor and implement them towards meaningfulness and success.

The 2 day CRUCIBLE WORKSHOP has been designed as a residential program.

It is our belief that in order to “engage” each participant with total involvement, it is essential to “disengage” from the daily routines of work and home.

The learning will show participants the path to raising their performance levels, setting goals and achieving them for self, family and the organization.

The methodology is interactive based on discussions, presentations, lectures, films and cases.
