This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the refund and cancellation procedures for skill development courses offered by Itransformindia / itransformleap,  brands of Trascender Services Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read this Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify us in writing or via email at least [number of days] days before the start date of the course. A cancellation fee may apply, and the amount refunded will be subject to our discretion.
2. Cancellation by Itransformindia: We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or any other reason beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify enrolled participants as soon as possible and offer a full refund of the course fee.

Refunds

Exceptions

1. Course Material: Course material fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the material has been accessed or provided to the participant.
